    I am keen on embracing all of these outdoor activities as we started hiking and kayaking last year and love it! Definitely doing lots of hiking this coming spring and summer as we have so many amazing trails near our home 😉

    Nice list! I am an avid runner and cyclist, I also do yoga daily it’s my therapy. Rock climbing is on my top list of activities, I can’ wait to be able to come back to it (right now for me it’s forbidden)

    You offer so many great ideas. Many I would not have thought of as exercise. Spring through Fall I use the maintenance of our fairly large garden/yard as my workouts. I always say it is better than any machine or weight training.

    The majority of these don’t even feel like workouts: rock climbing, sunrise yoga, and stand-up paddleboarding. Talk about embracing your inner child: rollerblading, kickball, and the trampoline. You really pulled some creative and exciting workouts that I can’t wait to try.
