Rules and Regulations for Contests and Giveaways

1. Eligibility

  • Contests and giveaways hosted by Camping For Women (“the Blog”) are open to legal residents globally, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) of Camping For Women, its sponsors, or partners are not eligible to participate.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

2. Entry Period

  • Each contest or giveaway will specify its start and end dates and times (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
  • All times are in Eastern Standard Time (EST).

3. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must follow the instructions provided in the contest or giveaway announcement, which may include subscribing to Camping For Women’s newsletter, commenting on a designated blog post, or engaging with our social media posts.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Multiple entries from the same individual may result in disqualification.
  • Entries must comply with our Community Guidelines (e.g., no offensive or inappropriate content). Non-compliant entries will be disqualified.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries unless otherwise specified (e.g., for skill-based contests).
  • Winners will be notified via email within 5 business days after the contest ends. The email will be sent to the address provided during entry.
  • Winners must respond to the notification email within 7 days and follow the provided instructions to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Prizes

  • Prizes will be described in the contest or giveaway announcement, including their approximate retail value (ARV).
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated.
  • Camping For Women or the prize sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
  • Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or shipping fees associated with receiving the prize, unless otherwise specified.

6. General Conditions

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations and the decisions of Camping For Women, which are final and binding.
  • Camping For Women is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical issues that prevent entry or prize delivery.
  • Contests are void where prohibited by law.
  • Camping For Women reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify a contest or giveaway due to fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Liability Release

  • By entering, participants release Camping For Women, its sponsors, and partners from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the contest or acceptance/use of the prize.

8. Governing Law

  • These contests and giveaways are governed by the laws of Australia.
