Hello, beautiful readers!

My name is Rita Myers and just like you, camping and the outdoors is one of my utmost passions. Ever since I was a little girl, hiking and camping have been in my system because my family lived near the base of an incredibly beautiful mountain. It would be my go-to place whenever I wanted to “get away from it all”. As I got older, my love for camping and hiking has stayed with me.

Now, I am a wife and a mother of two boys that I love very much. I try to bring them with me outdoors as much as possible but they aren’t always up for it. This is why I write these articles and tips in the hopes that you and your family can enjoy the great outdoors like I do.
