Can you believe it’s already been 10 wonderful years since we started this adventure together? The very first day this site went live to the world was in 2015 on May 15th; the launch of a global resource for outdoor women adventurers.
Our intention since this day has been to provide you with anything you could possibly need to enjoy the outdoors in every way imaginable. Even in our very first blog post, written by our founder Nicole Anderson in 2015, May 23rd, she says “With the launch of the website and blog, comes the birth of a resource that will grow and grow over time…” and boy did it ever!
Since then, we have become a beautiful community and a renowned resource for outdoors women in nearly every single country, covering nearly every single outdoor activity, including activities with your kids and pets.
Our community, that includes you, is full of skilled and strong-willed individuals that thrive on outdoor adventures of all kinds, you can see it in our comment section. Our archive of resources encompasses a mass of activities from crawling to sky diving and everything in between, you name it we have it (the crawling is more for babies, you know, camping with babies, stuff like that.)
Starting with only one, our team of contributors has grown to over 200 adventurous and brilliant women! By dedicating their time and expertise, together they have made CampingForWomen.com the largest, most versatile and most accessible resource for amazing people like you.
We‘re so incredibly grateful for all the love and support you’ve shown us over the past decade, we couldn’t have done this without you. Which is why we want to celebrate a HUGE milestone with you in a BIG way!
